FUSEBOX is a multi-arts space for young people where ideas and imaginations will be sparked and dreams realised.

Creative Youth have long dreamed of having a creative playground in Kingston, a place for young people to produce work, try new things, learn, share and develop their talents. Now, that dream is becoming a reality.

Formerly known as the Undercroft, FUSEBOX is a place for young people, emerging artists, key academic partners, and community organisations locally, nationally and internationally to come together. With innovation, diversity and inclusion at its heart, it is a multi-functional space, with areas for performance, exhibitions, creative practice, socialising, co-creation and more.

It will also be a home to FUSE International and our Creative Talent artists. The venue will evolve in close collaboration with young people and the local arts community. In short it will be your space, to build your future.

FUSE International

FUSE International provides a platform to share and celebrate creative talent. A host of talented artists from across the UK and around the world come together in Kingston every summer to showcase their work.

The festival replaces the International Youth Arts Festival (IYAF) which has taken place each summer since 2009. Over 80 events across film, music, theatre, visual arts and more take place over the ten days of the festival which is curated and presented by charity Creative Youth.

The festival has always about making connections and the energy which is created by artistic encounters and exchange. It is about connecting the different artforms: Dance, Music, Theatre, Comedy, Film, Visual Art; connecting the age group 5-30; connecting the young people of this island to the rest of the world and FUSE International has been welcomed as a name to express that.
