K-Women: Celebrating Korean Female Artists

Celebrating the strong presence of Korean culture in its borough, Kingston Museum invited a Korean art group, 4482 SASAPARI, to showcase the captivating artworks created by seventeen Korean women artists.
In this special exhibition, 4482 SASAPARI presents inspirational visual narratives of Korean female artists’ experiences of settling and self-discovery in new places. Through diverse mediums – ceramics, sculptures, photographs, videos, paintings and performance art – these talented individuals invite us to explore their past and present, as well as their heritage.
