Kingston Small Boats Head

More than 450 racing boats will take part in the annual Kingston Small Boats Head, one of the largest rowing events on our stretch of the Thames.

The races begin at Hampton Court, Division 1 at 10:30am, and Division 2 at 2pm, and run downstream through Kingston to the finish line just beyond Kingston Rowing Club in Canbury Gardens. Spectators enjoy exciting contests as crews chase one another down the course, particularly through the ‘pinch point’ under the Kingston bridges.
