Over two hours, Sapling’s cocktail expert will guide you through creating three festive serves: a Christmas Spritz, Raspberry Cosmo, and their playful take on a winter classic – Sapling in a Pear Tree. Alongside your cocktails, there will also be a selection of Spanish tapas prepared by their chefs.
