Inky Pathways have launched an exciting new initiative: the Nature-Themed Art Competition for children aged 4–12 y/o. This has been designed to inspire children to slow down, observe the world around them, and express themselves creatively – especially as a screen-free activity.
The competition is open now, with a deadline for entries of midnight on Friday 11th July.
Entries are to be photographed and emailed, making it easy for families to take part.
The winners will receive some beautiful art prizes donated by Cass Art in Kingston and Squires Garden Centres, there will also be an opportunity to win a FREE CLASS in one of Inky Pathways’ Saturday workshops.
Two Age Categories:
4–7 years | 8–12 years
Theme:
Nature – create a piece inspired by the world around you, using any medium you like (pencils, paints, pens, collage, etc.).
The Goal:
To go outside, observe, and capture the beauty of nature – realistically or imaginatively!
