Join yoga instructor Naomi for a weekly class of Flex & Flow – Yoga for Everyday Runners. Classes take place at About The Run running store, every Monday at 6.30pm and Friday at 7.30am.
Designed for everyday runners, this class is perfect for people who move regularly and can benefit from practicing yoga, breath techniques and always an immersive playlist to truly have a break from the busyness of day-to-day life. It’s also a great way to recover from a busy training schedule that demands a lot from the body.
Goal: restore, replenish and have a stronger connection with your mind and body.
Each session is £12 – an affordable way to practice and share the benefits of community and movement.
