A new fit20 studio opens in Kingston upon Thames

A new fit20 studio has recently opened its doors in Kingston upon Thames, bringing a different approach to fitness to the local community.

The studio is run by Attila Leb, who has been operating fit20 studios in Chiswick and Uxbridge for several years. The Kingston opening marks his latest step in expanding the concept locally and making it accessible to more people.

Originally from the Netherlands, fit20 focuses on a simple but highly effective approach to strength training. Sessions last just 20 minutes once a week and are delivered in a private, calm environment with a personal trainer. The training is low impact and based on a specialised tension-based method, making it suitable for people of all ages and abilities, including those who may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym setting.

The concept has been part of one of the largest peer-reviewed fitness studies, showing that even a minimal time commitment can lead to significant strength improvements when done correctly!

The Kingston studio has already welcomed its first members, many of whom were looking for a more structured, joint-friendly and manageable way to stay fit. Attila and his team are focused on building a small, supportive training community in Kingston, helping members improve their strength safely and consistently over time.

Are you looking for an alternative way to work out than going for the conventional gym routines?
