FUSEBOX, a multi-arts space for young people, has opened in Kingston

The Undercroft has now been replaced by a new multi-arts space developed by Creative Youth Charity for young people aged 16 - 25s.

After months of refurbishment, FUSEBOX is finally open to the public, creating a space for young people aged 16 – 25 to produce, work, learn, share and develop their talents in this new space.

Formally known as the Undercroft, this hidden spot underneath John Lewis Kingston now holds various exhibitions, open house calls, performances, workshops and many more, hosted by young creatives. It also houses the original 12th-century Kingston Bridge and The Remains of a medieval cellar.

This creative space will also be home to FUSE International and its Creative Talent artists, allowing close collaboration with young people and the local arts community.

Interested in using the space for your performances? Check out their Open House drop-in sessions every Thursday and Saturday until 30 March 2023. Find out more here.

There are also free exhibitions open to the public by past and current Creative Talent Programme artists, Chiyana Ankhrah and Tanvi Ranjan. The exhibitions will be at FUSEBOX between February – April 2023. More information is here.
