Have your say in the Memorial Gardens public realm project
There will be a public engagement event for the proposed Memorial Gardens plans.
Kingston Council and Kingston First are continuing their partnership to jointly fund the improvement of spaces across Kingston town centre, to enable greater access and enjoyment of our green and riverfront spaces, where everyone can unwind and connect with nature.
The Council are working with award-winning landscape design teams Farrer Huxley and Davies White on the proposals to transform two key public spaces in Kingston town centre, Eagle Brewery Wharf and Memorial Gardens.
They will be hosting a public information session to display the developed design for Memorial Gardens and how the feedback given has been taken on board:
When: Saturday 2nd March, drop in anytime 11am – 2pm
Where: Kingston Memorial Gardens (*rain will see the session move into the Market House, Market Square if needed)
Including: a nature craft leaf printing workshop for children of all ages
